IS MY PACKAGED TRACKED? 

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information once your product has been sent. Please contact us if you have not received tracking information within 5 days. Please keep in mind that not all countries are currently qualified for this, although we try our best to work with our suppliers, if you dont receive an email, check your spam folder!

 

My tracking says: “No information available at this time,”

The tracking information on certain shipping firms' systems takes 1-5 business days to refresh. Please contact us if your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you have not received any tracking information.


WHERE DOES MY PACKAGE COME FROM?

To keep your expenses low and provide free monitored delivery, your Jelly Specs are shipped directly from our manufacturer in China.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If an order has not been processed and dispatched, it may be cancelled. They cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

Please double-check that your mailing address is correct. Jelly Specs are not liable for items sent to inaccurate addresses supplied by the buyer. Any additional shipping fees needed to send to the correct address will be the responsibility of the buyer in such circumstances - and yes, it has happened! 

In some situations, foreign shipping will necessitate the payment of import/customs duties. Under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, the buyer will be responsible for these. Customs taxes are not the responsibility of Jelly Specs.

WILL ALL OF MY ITEMS BE SENT IN THE SAME BOX?

Items will occasionally be supplied in separate parcels for practical reasons. When receiving deliveries, please keep this in mind. Please contact us if you have any additional queries.

RETURNS

Within 14 days of delivery, returns will be allowed. To get started, simply fill out our contact form and we'll get back to you in less than 24 hours. You can also email us through our contact page stating your order ID.

If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage, and we will check it and tell you whether it meets our standards for replacement.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on items based on change of mind - not for damaged items, we cover those! 

For Change of mind items, all items must be in their original packaging and in unused resaleable condition. Any return that does not meet these requirements will be rejected.

If your item is working but you ordered it incorrectly or you no longer need it, we reserve the right to charge a 30% replenishment fee. Please include the order number provided so that the refund can be processed properly. If you do not provide a return approval number, we cannot guarantee that refunds will be processed.
